What are the Rates?

Peak Rates (Easter 2008 - Thanksgiving 2008 and Winter Holidays)

Two night minimum stay on weekends (Friday - Sunday nights)

$975 / 2 nights; $1400 / 3 nights

Midweek rate (Monday - Thursday nights): $430 / night

Off Peak Rates

$390/night M-Th; $465/night F-Su

Longer Stays

Rental rates and availability upon request.

Security Deposits, Cleaning, and Taxes for All Stays:

Security Deposit A security deposit of $500 is required for each rental. This will be returned to you 15 days after your departure if the house is left in the same condition as when you arrived. Otherwise, the deposit will be used for extra cleaning and damage repair.

Cleaning: A small charge of $70 for whole cottage is made for each stay.
